This mom group is geared towards all mamas with a baby 0-12 months. Connect with other moms in the same stage of life as you, all while learning from local experts about what you need to know in your baby's first year of life and beyond. You'll develop connections that will last a lifetime!

Kick off your parenthood journey by connecting with soon to be parents just like you. Feel informed and educated with our comprehensive prenatal classes. Our birthing classes are created to prepare you and your partner for your labour, delivery and postpartum journey.

In-person classes are led by certified instructors featuring a combination of lecture, video based instruction as well as hands on practice with high quality feedback devices. Ample time is provided for practice and questions providing students with the confidence to recognize and respond quickly to a cardiac arrest, activate emergency response and provide high quality single and multi rescuer CPR.

As nurses who care for new mothers and babies, we strive to provide the most valuable, up to date information with emphasis on the credibility of our sources. That is why all of our topics are presented by certified professionals.

We are here to support you through your early motherhood journey, from pregnancy through that first year. We offer Prenatal Classes, Mom Groups, CPR workshops and BLS classes. Providing services to Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, the Greater Edmonton Area, Red Deer and Sylvan Lake.
