Your baby’s first year is filled with new experiences, questions, and milestones. Our St. Albert group brings together mamas with babies 0–12 months to navigate this journey together. Each session gives you the opportunity to meet other local moms, learn from knowledgeable experts, and gain helpful information you can take with you into everyday life.

Looking for your people? Our Sherwood Park mom group is a place to meet other mamas with babies 0–12 months, share the ups and downs of motherhood, and create connections right in your own community. With local experts joining us throughout the group, you’ll have the chance to learn, laugh, ask questions, and make friendships that can grow alongside your little ones.

We are here to support you through your early motherhood journey, from pregnancy through that first year. We offer Mom Groups, & CPR workshops. Providing services to Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, the Greater Edmonton Area, Red Deer and Sylvan Lake. Returning mamas become a Mama Bear VIP receiving 10% off future groups.
